So...we've lived here now for 9 months and my Dad (whom I love dearly) has promised to finish painting my hallway. Well this is no easy task since the ceiling is SO tall over our stairs. I came home from a morning run to find my Dad with his ladder wedged between the stair railing and leaning against the wall over a 15 foot drop to my staircase! This picture doesn't do the danger justice, but guess what...he did it! Thanks Dad, I love you!Monday, April 13, 2009

April Fools!
Hundreds and hundreds of post-it notes with a bull frog stamp. Aaron HATES frogs and we sure had fun using that against him...all in good clean fun! Terry and I plastered the bathroom mirrors and planted post-it notes throughout his backpack (in books and folders and assignments) and even his baseball bag. Did I mention the plastic stretchy frogs we put in his shoes, and baseball mitt? The one in his lunch was the best!
When Aaron awoke at 5:00 a.m. to get ready for seminary the whole house heard him as he walked into the bathroom. It was the greatest! Terry made his breakfast (as he does every morning), a breakfast egg, cheese and bacon sandwich...oops, he forgot to unwrap the cheese slice before putting it on the bread!Tuesday, March 31, 2009
Out of Town Family Visitors
Sunday was Kimberlee's Easter Cantata at the church. She was sure lucky to have lots of support from our family. Great-Grandpa and Great-Grandma from Idaho, Aunt Tam from Utah and Uncle Josh and Kim from San Diego were all able to attend. When it was over we took the opportunity to take a few pictures. When did this happen?

My son has grown!
When Aaron was around 4 or 5 years old my mom made a St. Patrick's Day vest for Aaron. He loved it. I recently pulled it out with our Spring decorations and there it was! Aaron needed help getting it off after he had tried it on. He said it was too small for him because he is so "buff". I told him it is because Grandma sewed it 10 years ago! Whatever...
He did wear the bow tie to church, not the vest though. He sure is a funny leprechaun kid!
