Christmas Day 2009

I do love Christmas morning...ahhh. We had a quiet start...well not exactly. We told the kids they couldn't go downstairs until we were up out of bed...they almost had to drag us.
But we did make it downstairs to open our stockings, they were hung by the (downstairs)chimney with care!
Grandma checks her stocking.
And Kimo found a new squeeky toy in his stocking, oh joy!
Aaron has to be...well...Aaron.
He was thrilled (as you can see) to receive an adding machine to take apart and play with. I'm sure there is a motor in there somewhere to use for something!
Terry's new Chicago CD...greatest hits!
This was Grandma's popcorn and movie year...she's set for at least 50 hours of movie time!
Kim's little baby doll from Great-Grandma Sperry, it is the most precious baby doll!
...an old Play Station to disassemble!
Kim was a little confused at what this package was, a flash card for her new camera (that she opened next).
This was at the TOP of her list, her own camera!
It's been two years since we bought this fabric in Maui and finally I've started out bed quilt. I worked on it while Terry was at work and wrapped it up to surprise him. Still more work to do on it, but at least it's a start!
We stopped over at Jeremy and Gina's house to deliver and exchange gifts there. With two small ones in their house they were just getting up cause the boys slept in.

Jeremy sports his new shirt...D.A.D.D. Dads Against Daughters Dating

Gina in her jammies...sorry...

Julina and Kim

After a short stay at the Hunts we went to Scott and Tiffany's for breakfast/brunch and met Tom and Nickie there. Next to Grandma Jill and Papa Doug's house where Aaron shows off his "good on any island gift certificate" from my parents. We're really trying to save for our trip and this will sure help out!
Audrey loves on her new baby doll from Grandma with her matching Elmo blanket.

Kim is super excited about her design studio supplies. She loves to design clothes and she wanted "designer stuff".

Papa Doug loves his Pooh PEZ!

Oh dear, Aaron has been introduced to MacGyver. This is a scary combination.
Audrey shows us her new kitty-cat shirt from Grandma Weaver.

Mom tries to figure out what is in the boxes. All the kids pitched in to buy her a Cutco silverware set. Good thing Eric is a Cutco Rep, the discount helped!

Westley wanted his own Snuggie, thanks Grandma!

The day Mom had her foot surgery April and I decorated the house with stockings, one for each of the kids and grandkids...the wall were full and blinking!

I absolutely LOVE this picture! Merry Christmas!
